Getting started is simple:

  1. Create an account - Set up an account or log-in to track your fundraiser and donations 
  2. Create your page – Add a photo and share why this cause matters to you.
  3. Set your goal – Choose a fundraising target that feels exciting and achievable.
  4. Share your story – Invite your community to give by sharing your page via email or social media.
  5. Watch the impact grow – Celebrate every gift and the collective good you’re creating.

Choose Your Cause & Design Your Page

Support a Transitions' event or create your own. Include a compelling fundraiser name, story, and image to support your ask.

Choose the length of your fundraiser and a fundraising target that feels exciting and achievable.

Create & Preview Your Page

Click Create and preview your fundraising page. See changes you would like to make? Simply click Edit Page to make updates.

All fundraisers must be approved before they are live. Once approved, you will receive an email confirming your fundraiser is live.

You can return to your account page and check the progress of your personalized fundraiser at any time.
